Rock n Roll Graphic Art 6 Design : Plus Photography!

Can I talk with the designer before they start my artwork?
Absolutely, we would not have it any other way. We would want to talk to you over, the phone, via Skype or any other service you prefer. Let us know when you would like to have a chat and we can call you, or you can call us.

Will the designer listen to my CD/music before he begins?
Sure! We always listen to the clients music, whether it is on a CD, on Facebook etc or you send us MP3 files, we love to get a feel for the music we are creating for. We have become big fans of many of the clients we have worked for by doing just this.

How long until I can see my first design?
The first proofs usually take 3 - 4 days depending on how busy we are. Before we get the final confirmation to start we will be able to give you a more specific answer. The larger the project the more time it will take to get the first proofs done.

How much time does it take to complete my artwork?
An entire CD package of artwork can take up to 2 weeks. This of course depends on how many pages you want, the quantity of custom graphic artwork need to be created and of course, how may revisions we make until we get something we are both 100% satisfied with. Timelines are not guaranteed though, but if you need a rush job, we can do it for an extra fee.

Do you offer refunds if I don't like the final result?
Unlike a product, we sell a service. Our time and effort invested can not be refunded, there for we do not offer refunds on projects that have already begun. Rest assured we won't stop until all of our clients are 100% satisfied. So far we have never had any unhappy clients. 100% success rate, 100% happy customers.

Can you do a mock up to see if we like it?
No. We do not do that. As above, our service and time are valuable assets. If you like our portfolio there is an excellent chance that you will love what we create for you.

Can you use my photographs, drawings and images
in the final art?

Sure, so long as you own the copyright or have permission to use it. Hopefully your photos are at the camera's highest quality and do not alter them in anyway before sending them to us. If you scan something, be sure to do it at a resolution of 300 DPI. You can then upload it to our FTP or use Dropbox.

Who owns the copyright for the finished products?
Upon final payment, you will own the rights to all works created. We will only use the end products as references and/or in our portfolio.

How will I get my final product?
We can send you a CDR with all the finished artwork on it. As well we can get it from our FTP server or from DropBox.

What type of payments options do you offer?
We like to use PayPal as this offers the best solution for our global clients. Pay Pal accepts many major credit cards. We have been using Paypal since the late 1990's and have never had a problem.
